Build An Empire, Summon An Army, And Begin A Conquest For Power

I played the war strategy game 5 empires and came out of the experience somewhat rattled. At first I thought it would be like any other war strategy game and was prepared with the same knowledge that I have based on older online pc games.

5 empires is not like the other video games. I felt it fair to warn you. This relatively new game is starting off from fairly decent stages in its game play. Makes you think how it will go on to develop once it experiences intense internet traffic like some other war strategy games online. There are four primary resources that every gamer is provided: Gold, Mana, Turns and the taxpayers in your kingdom. The utilization in the game is fairly simple.

•    Gold maintains your war creatures and buildings and is the only way you can buy heroes.

•    Your Mana reserve lets you accumulate more income and upkeep your heroes’ armory. It strangely collects from the prayers of your monks.

•    The Taxpayers in your kingdom will provide with another source of gold. The more people decide to join your kingdom the more tax you will get to create buildings.

•    Turns are generated every 5 minutes you are active in the game. This allows you to not waste your moves.

In the beginning of your gaming journey you start out by exploring a few buildings. The best thing that I found to do was going around a couple of Turns do that the game gives you some free land to start building your kingdom on. I recommend doing this before you go on to learn a couple of spells you can battle with. The fun begins when you use your magic to summon up creatures and heroes to fight your battles.

One thing that might initially strike many gamers as a glitch in the game is the limited hero rule. Gamers cannot summon up a bunch of the same kind of heroes from the 5 elemental realms. Namely Terra, Ignis, Umbra, Aqua and Lucis. That is why the game requires that you fill all 5 units before engaging in battle. Moreover you get to raid other kingdoms only twice during your 24 hours into the game. Don’t get this wrong, every war is designed along the rules of a best 3 out of 5 battles.

Though at first the game experienced certain play glitches in the system, 5 empires is the strangely addictive and amusing role playing game. Allegedly soon releasing an improved game play, it is no less than the hack and slash one expects out of a good war strategy game.
